1099 Contractor (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D)

Victress, A Wellness Center for Women is seeking a self-motivated, licensed independent contractor. Experience with intake, assessment, individual and group therapy modalities, as well as a desire and ability to supervise clinical interns is preferred.

Job Details:

Position Title: Psychotherapist, Independent Contractor

Job Description: To provide counseling to individuals with a broad range of mental health issues, including: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, postpartum, PTSD and trauma, life transitions, personal growth, relationships and marriage, anger management, career, chronic pain, divorce, LGBTQ, grief and loss, parenting and co-parenting, personality disorders and stress management


  • Perform initial evaluations of client’s needs
  • Diagnose potential disorders and develop customized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling services to help individuals meet their treatment goals
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed
  • Submit progress notes and charting documentation within one business day of sessions
  • Complete continuing education courses to maintain professional licensure

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Independently licensed in the State of Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psy.D., Ph.D)
  • Currently paneled or agree to be paneled with BCBS
  • Malpractice insurance
  • One-year commitment
