As a counselor-in-training and a mother, I’m deeply committed to supporting others on their path to healing. My own experiences with anxiety and postpartum challenges have given me a personal understanding of how overwhelming life can be.

I believe healing begins with acceptance. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I integrate person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients develop the tools they need for growth and healing. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration, ensuring that each individual feels validated as they work through life’s struggles.

No matter what you’re facing-anxiety, depression, life transitions, or other personal struggles-you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
